Printing Services Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to change something on my order after I’ve placed it or approved the proof?

You may make changes to such things as quantity, shipping method, or shipping address. Please note that some changes cannot be made after certain stages in the production process — for instance, the quantity cannot be changed once your job has been printed.

When do i pay?

Payment is needed before we print your work. If you have requested a proof copy, we will need payment after the proof is accepted.

How can I get my print job once it is finished?

Every job is different. Some jobs can be produced in minutes while some may take several days to complete. Let us know when you need your job completed and we’ll let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet even your most demanding timelines.

How do I go about getting an estimate from you?

The best way to ensure that we get all the information necessary to do an accurate quote is to give us a call and speak with one of our customer service representatives.

How do I choose between offset and digital printing?

The two main factors to consider are 1.) Quantity. and 2.) Deadlines

Digital
• More cost-effective for shorter runs
• Quicker turnaround time
• Ability to use Variable Data

Offset
• More cost-effective for larger runs
• Can exceed sheet size dimensions of 13” x 19” (Digital cannot)
• Wider color gamut which can be used to match exact colors

Is white considered a printing color?

The default paper color for printing is usually white, so it is typically unnecessary to use white ink but if you are using colored paper and a graphic or image requires white, then opaque white ink may certainly be used.
